【⚠Preventing Missing Persons in Orientation Camps】

As orientation camp organisers, while creating an exciting and enjoyable camp experience may be a priority for you, ensuring the safety of your participants should always come first. Here are some tips to help prevent anyone from going missing:

✅Regularly cross-check the total number of participants with the attendance record, especially before and after switching to a new venue.

✅Share the contact numbers of the ExCos, Jobamas, and OCs with the freshmen.

✅Clearly explain the house rules to the freshmen and ensure smooth communication

✅Arrange participants in groups of at least two during outdoor activities.

✅Collect and keep the emergency contact details of all participants.

In case of any incidents of missing persons, you are encouraged to seek help from CEDARS through
