Orientation Incident Reporting Channels
CEDARS has established Orientation Incident Reporting Channels for HKU students and staff to submit reports regarding any suspected violations of the Orientation Regulations 2024 during Registration Day and all other Orientation Activities (except Registration Day) organised within or outside HKU by Student Societies during Orientation Period (1st August 2024 to 30th September 2024)

Student Societies are responsible for:
- Informing participants of the purpose and contact method of Orientation Incident Report Channels
- Provide information of Orientation Incident Reporting Channels during Orientation Activities and in relevant publications.
- Encourage participants and Student Helpers to save the contact methods and report any suspected violations if necessary.
