CEDARS is going to publish the List of Officially-Acknowledged Student-led Orientation Activities (“the Official List”) on 30 June 2026. The Official List might be subject to changes. Please refer to the latest version on the website for the most up-to-date information.
Only the Student-led Orientation Activities of the Student Societies that have duly fulfilled the requirement stipulated in the Orientation Regulations shall be posted in the Official List for new Students’ reference. Student-led Orientation Activities included in the Official List are allowed to book campus facilities/equipment and to use the University’s resources during the Orientation Period.
CEDARS reserves the right to remove the Student-led Orientation Activities included in the Official List if new information or circumstances arise that impact the assessment or if the respective Student Societies fail to adhere to the Orientation Regulations.
