Orientation Incident Reporting Channels
CEDARS has established Orientation Incident Reporting Channels for HKU students and staff to submit reports regarding any suspected violations of the Orientation Regulations 2025 during Student-led Orientation Activities organised by Student Societies during the Orientation Period from 9 August 2025 to 30 September 2025.

Student Societies are responsible for:
- Organising Student-led Orientation Activities in adherence to the Orientation Regulations and ensure that the Student Helpers adhere to the Orientation Regulations.
- Informing Participants of the purpose and contact method of Student-led Orientation Incident Reporting Channels.
- Providing information of Orientation Incident Reporting Channels during Student-led Orientation Activities and in relevant publications to Participants.
- Encouraging Participants and Student Helpers to save the contact methods and report any suspected violations if necessary.
